2. Customer Acceptance Policy
Before opening an account, MT Global conducts a risk assessment based on various compliance factors, including:
- Country of Residence
- Nature of Business or Source of Funds
- Politically Exposed Person (PEP) Status
- Overall Risk Profile
- Applicable Regulatory Requirements
To maintain the integrity of our platform, MT Global reserves the right to decline or terminate business relationships with clients who do not meet our compliance standards.
The following accounts are not accepted:
- Anonymous or Fictitious Accounts
- Shell Banks or Unregulated Financial Institutions
- Individuals or Entities from Sanctioned Jurisdictions
- Clients Involved in Illegal or Suspicious Activities
- Any applicant who fails to satisfy KYC verification requirements
3. Ongoing Monitoring & Compliance

Where necessary, we may request updated identification documents or additional information to maintain compliance with regulatory obligations.
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in:
- Suspension or Closure of the Trading Account
- Refusal to Process Transactions
- Reporting Suspicious Activities to Relevant Regulatory Authorities
4. Third-Party Verification
To improve verification efficiency and accuracy, MT Global may use trusted third-party identity verification providers. These providers operate under strict confidentiality, privacy, and compliance standards.
Where required, customers may be asked to provide certified copies of original documents for additional verification.
